Privacy Policy

Suncalp is a forthcoming healthy-habits app from RAYFINITE LLC. This website is currently a pre-launch marketing site whose only job is to let you join our early-access waitlist. We keep what we collect to an absolute minimum, and this policy explains exactly what that is.
1. Who we are
This website (suncalp.com) and the forthcoming Suncalp app are operated by RAYFINITE LLC ("Suncalp," "we," "us," or "our"). If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can reach us at ray@rayfinite.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the suncalp.com marketing website as it operates today — a pre-launch site whose only interactive feature is the email waitlist form. It does not yet cover the Suncalp mobile app, which has not launched. When the app launches, its data practices will be disclosed separately in its own in-app and store privacy disclosures.
3. Information we collect
The only personal information this site collects is the information you choose to give us:
- Email address — the email you submit to the waitlist form so we can notify you about early access and launch.
- A "source" tag — a short label (for example, which page or campaign the signup came from) that helps us understand where waitlist interest originates.
- Basic technical data — your browser's user-agent string and the date/time of submission may be stored alongside your email for security and to prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or our own cookies on this site. The site loads styling (Tailwind CSS) and the Inter font from Google and Cloudflare content delivery networks (CDNs) so the page can render; those providers may receive standard request information (such as your IP address) as part of serving those files, as is normal for any website that loads resources from a CDN.
4. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We collect your email address for a single purpose: to contact you about Suncalp's early access and launch, and occasional related updates you signed up to receive. Where a legal basis is required (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), our basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form — and which you can withdraw at any time (see Section 8).
5. How your information is stored and who processes it
Your waitlist email is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare acts as our hosting and data-processing provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties with access are RAYFINITE LLC and the service providers (such as Cloudflare) that help us operate the site, who are bound to handle the data on our behalf.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until Suncalp launches plus a reasonable period afterward to complete the early-access rollout and related communications — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8), and we will remove your email from the waitlist.
7. How we protect your information
The site is served over HTTPS, and waitlist data is stored on Cloudflare's managed infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited, low-sensitivity data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but because we collect only an email address, the risk to you is minimal by design.
8. Your rights and choices
Regardless of where you live, you can email ray@rayfinite.com to:
- Access the information we hold about you;
- Correct an inaccurate email address;
- Delete your information / remove yourself from the waitlist;
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time (every email also includes an unsubscribe option);
- Opt out — we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that sense, but you may always object to our use of your email.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights described above and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor these requests for everyone. To exercise any right, just email us; we may need to verify your request by confirming the email address on file.
9. Children's privacy
This site and the forthcoming Suncalp app are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted their email to our waitlist, contact us at ray@rayfinite.com and we will delete it.
10. The forthcoming Suncalp app
When the Suncalp mobile app launches, it will have its own privacy disclosures describing the data it collects and how it is used. Those practices will be presented separately at that time. This policy will be updated, or a dedicated app privacy policy published, before the app becomes available.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves or as Suncalp moves toward launch. When we make a material change, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
